Shipping

Innovabox Srl is committed to ensuring a fast and safe delivery of the products purchased on the Risemousse.com website. Shipments are made in Italy and, where specified, also abroad. The shipping conditions are listed below:

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Estimated times will be indicated during the purchase process.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. These costs will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering.
  • Shipment Tracking: Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the details to track the shipment.

Returns

Innovabox Srl accepts returns under the following conditions:

  1. Right of Withdrawal

    • In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
    • The Customer must send a written communication to Innovabox via the " Contacts " page to exercise the right of withdrawal.
    • Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging.
    • Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the Customer.
  2. Return for Defect or Non-Conformity

    • In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer must contact Innovabox within two months of discovering the defect, sending a written communication with the correctly completed complaint form.
    • The complaint form must be accompanied by photos demonstrating the use of the Risemousse gel and the tyre retainer, as indicated on the box.
    • The mousse must be used exclusively off public roads and at temperatures below 30°C.
    • The return will be evaluated within 5 working days of receiving the completed complaint form, photos and proof of purchase.
    • If the return is accepted, Innovabox will provide a replacement mousse.
Return Procedure

To make a return, the Customer must follow the following steps:

  1. Complaint Form

    • Download and complete the complaint form available on the Risemousse.com website.
    • Please attach photos demonstrating the use of the Risemousse gel and the tire retainer, and a copy of your proof of purchase.
  2. Sending the Request

    • Submit the claim form, photos and proof of purchase via the " Contacts " page.
    • Please wait for Innovabox to evaluate your return within 5 working days.
  3. Product Shipping

    • Once the return has been approved, the Customer will receive instructions for shipping the defective or non-compliant product.
    • Shipping costs for returning the defective or non-compliant product are borne by Innovabox.
  4. Receiving the Replacement Product

    • After receiving the returned product, Innovabox will send a replacement mousse.
